How will be the assessments for Cybrent Certified AI Transformation Specialist Certification?
This is not a paper based training certification, which will evaluate you based on theoretical questions, and transform you into a paper-tiger. Instead, this will take you on a practical on-field journey of experiencing the real challenges of AI Adoption by organisations.
Assessment Format:
- Discovery and analysis report of the Subject Organisation’s AI readiness
- Team / Department / Domain wise plan for the organisation’s AI Adoption
- Documentation of AI Operational Framework, Protocols and Guardrails for the problems identified in the organisation
- Data Privacy and Organisational AI Governance Policies with respect to the regulatory guidelines and laws introduced by the local and international government
- Staff Enablement Reports for the AI Adoption
- Final outcome report of the implementation and adoption of Cybrent’s AI Transformation and Governance Framework.
Duration:
The entire journey is distributed into classroom learning and field activities.
- Classroom Learnings: The classroom learnings are where the participannts will get hand-holding practical exposure to the propreitary concepts, frameworks and protocols built by us. The duration of these sessions will be around 40 hours.
- On-field Activities: These are actual field work activities which will be part of assessments. These activities will be under the mentorship and continuous guidance of Pravin Dhayfule.
